classification

Today, I'm focusing on my exam preparation.
The module title is "Project Supervision & Site Management"
I found out there is a theory I wish to share with people.
So funny & interesting. LOL.

Feasibility Assessment of Notices & Invitations (Stage 1)

Higher Management should classify tender notices and invitations into the followings:

- Those definitely wanted
- Those desirable at the right price
- Those not obviously attractive
- Those not wanted at any right price

The above classifications... When I saw these, what appear in my mind is:
People should classify the potential partner i.e bf or gf into the above said groups.

Haha... Dunno which group i belongs to????
